Help The Horses

January 23, 2015  I know everyone is tired of me begging for donations and believe me, I am tired of it myself!  Unfortunately, seven months later, the circumstances have not changed and I feel I must once again ask for your support.  I am still paying rent at Woodlawn Stables and the moving company has yet to complete installing the riding arena lights at Claddagh Farm. The lack of lighting hinders my ability to teach lessons after school/work, when most people are available to enjoy them, therefore I am still unable to generate the necessary income at our new location.   It was suggested to me that I might include a small breakdown of what donations are able to provide for the horses and with 24 horses in my care, I will do whatever is necessary to keep them healthy and happy until we are up and running, so here goes:

$100= Senior grain for a week OR Vaccinate one horse for a year

$50= 1 Round bale of hay (we use 8 a week)

$35= Coggins Test for one horse

$30= Water for one horse for a month

$25= Deworming one horse for a year

$15= One bag of grain (Non-Senior)

$10= One bag of bedding

If you would like to donate, please go click on the “Donate” button to use PayPal.  If you would prefer, you may also send a check payable to Claddagh Farm, 5170 Jeffersonton Road, Jeffersonton, VA  22724. Donations are NOT tax deductible but are greatly appreciated. Every little bit helps but if you cannot afford to donate please keep them and us in your prayers. I am so appreciative of the kindness everyone has shown during this change in our lives.  I have been truly blessed to know so many wonderful and giving people.  Thank you to everyone who has donated to help us keep the horses safe, your generosity and support have been what has kept us going while being dragged down by the eternal (and infernal) delays related to the highway project. Thank you seems insufficient but “THANK YOU” nonetheless! Warm wishes, Cindy
